Beagle Board Install day at Cracker Barrel

Tracy and I met today at Cracker Barrel to see if my software and libraries would work on the Beagleboard The results were perfect.  Unfortunately we didn't have a terminal to SSH into the unit and had to use a small screen but we still managed to get things working.

With perl installed, just typing cpan took us to the cpan prompt.  Then typing:

install Ham:Device:FT817COMM was all that was needed to get things underway.
